I invite you to a tasting of pasta dishes typical of our beloved Piedmont. You will enjoy delicious agnolotti di magro in walnut sauce, three-meat agnolotti with roast gravy and donkey agnolotti with its stew. In addition, I will delight you with must cream risotto, muscat risotto and two-sausage risotto. All will be accompanied by excellent Piedmontese wines such as Barbera Superiore, Nebbiolo, Grignolino, Chardonnay and Sauvignon.

Royal boiled meat with seven cuts, chicken, and three types of cotechino. Rabbits, guinea fowl, and local farm-raised roosters. Local wines, including some organic ones. Roasts with local hazelnuts and homemade desserts.
