Simona & her family were genuinely friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about Italian cooking. Their home was immaculate & the view was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed the food preparation & eating the results of our labors. All in alll a very enjoyable evening.

This was an incredible experience! We booked to make tiramasu, polenta and ravioli. The communication with the booking team didn't correspond that I don't eat meat but within minutes the issue was rectified and we made cheese ravioli instead of meat. This experience was 1st class all the way. The patience of Carolina and Simona while teaching us, the cleanliness of the environment and the true love of cooking was all exceptional. My husband and I booked this class last minute and it was by far one of my happiest memories of our trip. Getting to know such incredible women like Simona and Carolina all wow making a truly traditional Italian meal. Our hearts and our bellies were full! Thank you so much for the experience and opening your home to us! We would love to do the same if you ever visit to the states!!
