Come and enjoy an authentic culinary experience in our home. We are a mother and daughter originally from Campania, and we’ve brought the beloved flavors of our region with us to Lombardy—flavors that have been lovingly passed down from generation to generation. In this class, we’ll prepare sourdough pizza together, following the traditional method: we’ll start with the classic margherita, a true symbol of simplicity and goodness, and then bake a variety of pizzas using fresh, seasonal ingredients. To end on a sweet note, we’ll make the traditional tiramisù—simple, timeless, and delicious. It will be a genuine moment of sharing, all about discovering the real homemade pizza! We’ll guide you step by step so you can learn all the secrets of our family’s kitchen.

Amazing experience, really welcoming and kind. A beautiful home! Took lots of pictures for us and the food and wine was delicious! We learnt a lot about Italian culture and it was brilliant to be emerged into real Italian culture. Couldn’t recommend enough !

This was an incredible experience! We booked to make tiramasu, polenta and ravioli. The communication with the booking team didn't correspond that I don't eat meat but within minutes the issue was rectified and we made cheese ravioli instead of meat. This experience was 1st class all the way. The patience of Carolina and Simona while teaching us, the cleanliness of the environment and the true love of cooking was all exceptional. My husband and I booked this class last minute and it was by far one of my happiest memories of our trip. Getting to know such incredible women like Simona and Carolina all wow making a truly traditional Italian meal. Our hearts and our bellies were full! Thank you so much for the experience and opening your home to us! We would love to do the same if you ever visit to the states!!

There are no words for what an incredible night we had. Carolina and Simone are so warm and welcoming and so funny. They home is amazing and we cooked the most wonderful food. This is our first night of the trip and I’m not sure anything else will be as fun!!

My daughter and I took the train from Venice and had quite the day of it. They made the pick up and drop off seamless. The hospitality was felt immediately. Coming from the U.S it would seem strange to have a complete stranger in your home within minutes of meeting them. We were met with genuine Italian hospitality. The polenta cookies were something I’d never made or had before and were excellent. The use of buckwheat in the pasta was also a first for us. Very educational, informative and if you have some time in Como I would highly recommend experiencing this class. Good luck with your residency Simona

This was such a great experience. Simone and Caroline made the pick up and drop off very easy, and we had a great time learning to make tiramisu and pasta. This was a fantastic experience and I cannot recommend it enough.
