Your menu
  • Bruschetta with tomato
  • Risotto “alla Milanese” (risotto with saffron) with marrowbones
  • Tiramisù (a chilled dessert made with coffee, lady fingers and mascarpone cheese)

We will cook risottos together and make fresh pasta, such as tagliatelle, ravioli and pizzoccheri with buckwheat and cheeses from the mountains of Lake Como . I will tell you the stories and legends that each recipe brings. And we will taste the dishes while enjoying a wonderful view of Como and the lake. We will also gather herbs in my garden and use them in the dishes we will cook and eat together.

It was fun and great evening. Anna was so nice and sweet. Definitely recommend this cooking class!

Anna in Como was absolutely wonderful! I fell sick the day of my original class but she kindly let me come a day later and did the class with just myself. She had brilliant knowledge of the cooking techniques and lots of knowledge about Como and Italy that she taught me. She was very welcoming and her home was beautiful. Thank you Anna!
