Ravioli with lake fish (homemade pasta)
Local traditional dessert
A cuisine based on traditional recipes but revisited with a modern twist, always using fresh produce. We will pick vegetables from the small garden and fry them in extra virgin olive oil with a rice batter. We will make ravioli with eggs from the chicken coop and prepare the filling with artisan-smoked lake fish, served with parsley sauce, as per tradition. We will add char caviar. To finish we will prepare typical Lake Como cake, with bread, cornmeal, apples, pears and grapes.
Debora was amazing, more like a new friend than an instructor! Her recipes were fantastic as well. I couldn’t recommend the experience highly enough!

Thank you to Debora for letting us live such a wonderful experience. We chose her for the menu she proposed: dishes from the Como tradition (the ravioli with lake fish and parsley sauce: fantastic, as was the miascia: a 10 with honors). Debora welcomed us warmly into her beautiful house with a lake view and guided us through a beautiful and engaging culinary experience, explaining simply how to make pasta, a great appetizer and a delicious dessert. All enriched by nutritional information and general cooking tips. Even the aperitif she prepared for us with local specialties and snacks made by her was excellent. It was a pleasure to meet a welcoming and knowledgeable person. We hope to meet again.

Our food making and cooking experience with Debora was truly amazing. Five stars are not enough to describe how fascinating it was. Debora is kind, authentic and very well knowledgeable about food ingredients. She explained everything clearly while guiding us through the pasta preparation process. We enjoyed some nice aperitifs while chatting about traditions and culture. It was much more than culinary experience and cooking class.

Debora was awesome! She was a very gracious hostess. The cooking session was so much fun and she was a pleasure to talk to the entire evening. The food turned out delicious and she even sent the recipes to us to make at home. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a fun, enjoyable evening!

My husband and I had a class with Debora during our honeymoon. It was just the two of us. Debora was so lovely, charming and warm!!! We felt so welcome and had such a great time soaking up as much knowledge as we could during our time with her. The food was delicious and the conversation was fabulous as well! We can’t wait to try and recreate the recipes on our own. We’ll always remember this experience!
