In this menu I have chosen to have you taste some recipes that will bring you closer to my city, the charming capital of the wonderful Puglia. Dried broad beans, cooked to a velvety puree, are accompanied by boiled chicory and generously dressed with Puglia's exceptional raw olive oil. The renowned Bari focaccia, prepared in house, is enjoyed with fresh mozzarella. Who doesn't know orecchiette? I prepare them following my mother's tradition, and they are truly delicious. The anchovies, locally caught and rich in omega three, are not only healthy but also incredibly flavorful. I can easily prepare vegan and vegetarian alternatives. I warmly await you in my home.
