Your experience
I will be happy to host you in my home to teach you three very significant dishes of the Bari tradition. We will start by preparing a fantastic focaccia that we will enjoy with the famous mozzarella; I will teach you how to cook the famous spaghetti con le cozze, a first course of our tradition with garlic, oil, parsley, tomato and very fresh mussels for a pasta that smells of the sea. To conclude our meal we will have the opportunity to learn the recipe for Sporcamuss, a typical Bari dessert with an unmistakable flavor that will be our dessert. I warmly expect you in my home for this fantastic cooking class, in a relaxed and fun environment together with me and my family. I can gladly offer you vegetarian and vegan alternatives.

- Una delle esperienze più belle mai fatte. Siamo stati accolti da Sara e sua figlia, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Abbiamo cucinato i panzerotti, con la ricetta della nonna, che dire buonissimi! Abbiamo mangiato tutti insieme, tra risate e racconti, ci siamo sentiti parte della loro famiglia! Sara, Valeria e Francesco sono stati gentilissimi e noi siamo stai piacevolmente sorpresi di fare questa sorpresa

- We had a lovely time with Sara and her family. Adults and kids alike completely enjoyed the cooking experience from beginning to end: the eating! Sara and her family were very welcoming and not only did we cook but we chatted, learned more about each others cultures and discussed aspects of Bari life.
