I eagerly look forward to sharing the preparation of a typical Bari focaccia, which we will taste as a freshly baked appetizer, paired with delicious local mozzarella. As a first course, we will engage in the creation of handmade durum wheat semolina tagliatelle, known in Bari Vecchia as "lanc d Cas," and accompany them with a tasty fish or mussel sauce. To conclude, we will have the opportunity to learn the recipe for Sporcamuss, a typical Bari dessert that will be our dessert. I warmly expect you in my home for this fantastic cooking class in a relaxed and fun environment with me and my family. I can gladly prepare vegetarian and vegan alternatives.

- Una delle esperienze più belle mai fatte. Siamo stati accolti da Sara e sua figlia, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Abbiamo cucinato i panzerotti, con la ricetta della nonna, che dire buonissimi! Abbiamo mangiato tutti insieme, tra risate e racconti, ci siamo sentiti parte della loro famiglia! Sara, Valeria e Francesco sono stati gentilissimi e noi siamo stai piacevolmente sorpresi di fare questa sorpresa
- Per noi è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. Era da tanto che volevamo provare le Cesarine e capitare con la Signora Sara è stato davvero il massimo. La qualità del cibo, la gentilezza della famiglia di Sara e la facilità di comunicazione sono stati gli ingredienti perfetti per passare una serata piacevole. Consigliato a tutti gli amanti di esperienze diverse dal solito. Grazie di cuore Sara!
- We had a lovely time with Sara and her family. Adults and kids alike completely enjoyed the cooking experience from beginning to end: the eating! Sara and her family were very welcoming and not only did we cook but we chatted, learned more about each others cultures and discussed aspects of Bari life. It helped us feel less like visitors and more like part of the city. Thank you for having us in your home, we will be sure to continue cooking Bari Panzerotti upon our return home!
- Sara and her family were wonderful! This was a fantastic evening. Sara is such a a warm host and excellent cook. We had just a lovely time preparing the Tiramisu and the pasta, and the of course, eating it! I would highly suggest booking Sara on your next trip to Bari.
