I have chosen to share with you, in this cooking class, some typical Bari dishes. We will learn how to prepare durum wheat semolina tagliatelle, known as "lanc d cas," seasoned with a delicious local fish sauce, and cavatelli, a traditional Bari pasta perfectly paired with turnip tops. As a conclusion to our course, we will focus on making tiramisu in its classic version. During the preparation, we will enjoy an aperitif prepared by me, and afterwards we will share the meal, all enjoying together the dishes we will have just created. My family and I will be thrilled to welcome you to our home for an unforgettable dining experience.

We had an incredible evening, and unforgettable experience with Sara, her daughter, and Francesco hosted in her beautiful home. They were so warm, inviting and kind, we shared excellent conversation and laughter, and of course, amazing food. We had panzerotti, made four different ways (including vegan), had fennel to digest, a lovely rosé wine, and finished with some limoncello and dolce homemade by Sara. It was brilliant. Grazie Mille Sarah and family and thank you for making our stay unforgettable.
