Hello, I am from Puglia since birth who really likes to cook and make fresh pasta with my hands from orecchiette to tortellini. I propose a fresh pasta cooking class, I have my guests put on their aprons and put their hands in the flour to knead and prepare pasta while having fun. Before they arrive I will have prepared a flatbread and pasta sauce that we will make and cook together. We all sit at the table and eat together
Appetizer: Apulian focaccia with mortadella and dairy, fried olives and taralli
Primo: Orecchiette pasta with sauce (bolognese, ragout, meatballs or chops, turnip greens, crodaiola)
Dessert: Tiramisu or cartellate(typical Christmas dessert)
Drinks: Primitivo wine or white wine or sangria or beer, orangeade and limoncello, water

I also love making fresh pasta like tortellini and ravioli ".
