The experience will include a cooking class to prepare egg pasta, which will be topped with the freshest vegetarian ingredients, and a delicious tiramisu. During dinner, the dishes made in the cooking class will be tasted. This will be accompanied by mixed appetizers and good local wine and enhanced by the cheerful company of Cesarina and her loved ones.

And I cannot forget panelle and crocchè, the indispensable street food of Palermo.
