I am waiting for you to share the preparation of some traditional Emilian dishes, revisited in a gluten free version. I learned how to make egg pasta following the teachings of my grandmother Luisa and adapted the recipes to meet dietary requirements.

Here is my proposal: Stuffed pasta: we will be the protagonists in the kitchen with tortelli with a rich vegetarian filling or cappelletti reggiani with a meat heart. Reclaimed pasta: a creative and flavorful proposal to enhance each ingredient. We will prepare together maltagliati to be enjoyed with legumes or a delicious minestrone. Spoon dessert: we will conclude with a delicious tiramisu or mascarpone accompanied by cookies. Hope to see you in the kitchen soon!

Our cooking class with Chiara exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved the entire experience and would highly recommend her class. Everything went perfect. As a host, Chiara made us feel comfortable and welcome as soon as we arrived and she did a great job of communicating with us before the class to ensure everything would go smoothly. As a teacher, Chiara was patient, fun, and incredibly helpful. She kept us well-informed through the whole cooking process and helped guide the way as we, complete amateurs, learned from a pro! The quality of the ingredients was top notch which made for absolutely delicious final products!!! Dinner wasn’t just great food, as we thoroughly enjoyed the company. Eating felt more like hanging out with friends rather than a classroom. This was a great benefit as it made us feel like we experienced an authentic piece of Italian culture. We also received plenty of great videos and photos from the experience! Please, do yourself a favor and take this class if you can!
