Hands-on in Milan: a journey through family traditions

Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

We’ll welcome you into our kitchen for an authentic experience dedicated to fresh, handmade pasta. We’re mother and daughter, and together with Simona, we’ll guide you step by step through the preparation of tagliatelle, busiate, cavatelli and green tortelli filled with pumpkin or fresh sheep’s milk ricotta.

We’ll use seasonal ingredients and simple sauces, such as the classic butter and sage, to bring out the genuine flavours of Italian tradition. During the cooking class, we’ll share techniques, little secrets and our passion for home cooking. We’ll round off the experience by preparing an authentic tiramisu together, inspired by the traditional recipe from Treviso, the city synonymous with this iconic Italian dessert.
