I look forward to welcoming you to my cookery school in the heart of Assisi for a special course dedicated to homemade lasagne, where we will learn how to prepare it step by step together.
During the lesson, we will start with a welcome aperitif featuring local produce, to discover the authentic flavours of our Umbrian region. I will guide you through the preparation of traditional lasagne, revealing techniques, secrets and tips from authentic Italian cuisine. At the end of the course, we will enjoy the freshly prepared lasagne together, accompanied by a glass of fine local wine. It will be a unique and convivial experience, perfect for having fun in the kitchen, learning the secrets of traditional cooking and savouring the authentic flavours of Italian recipes.

In my cooking school, I enjoy sharing the Umbrian culinary tradition with my guests, enhancing local flavors and using fresh ingredients grown in the nearby fields.
