- Ravioli cottage chese and wild herbs
- Tiramisù with coffee
You will try the experience of making homemade ravioli and noodle dough with your own hands. You will roll out the dough and form your own ravioli with their filling and noodles. You will then taste your pasta dishes, topped with a fresh tomato sauce. But let's not forget the dessert: You will prepare a delicate tiramisu of mascarpone cream and coffee, dusted with cocoa... and enjoy it!

- The best evening we had in Italy. This pasta course is not a regular pasta course. We didn’t know what to expect, but we left this dinner with 3 new friends and belly’s ready to burst from laughing, eating and drinking. Learning to make pasta is just a small part of this experience. Anna is a heart warming and generous person who will make you feel like your visiting an old Italian friend. She cooks with love! You are submerged in Italian cuisine and culture. Despite us not knowing a single word of Italian, except for “buonosera” and “grazie”, the evening was filled with laughs, mind bending delicious food and wine. This was a once in a lifetime experience that we can’t recommend enough. It gave food a whole new dimension. We can’t wait to come back again to visit our new friend.
- Our group had the greatest of times! Annamaria was such a brilliant teacher, caring, knowledgeable and a whole lot of fun. It was definitely one of the best things we've done on holiday!

Even now I remember Sunday lunch, the scents of food made of poor ingredients and at the same time tasty. I still live in the same country house surrounded by greenery in the Balze del Valdarno. My cats and a dog live with me. I breed several animals including chickens, hens, geese, peacocks. The vegetables come exclusively from the seasonal harvest of my garden. I know and collect, for salads or side dishes, several wild herbs that my area gives us."
