If I had to describe my cooking in one word, it would undoubtedly be “tradition.” Growing up in an environment where tradition was ever-present, I inherited a rich culinary heritage from my mother, a true Sicilian at heart. Thanks to her, I have cultivated a deep connection with cooking—a space that ties me to my roots, to myself, and to the people I cook for, always with enthusiasm and passion. This is what led me to join this platform: to expand my table and share my love for food with an even wider audience.
