- Durum wheat muffolette (Sicilian bread) baked in a wood-fired oven (seasoned with caciocavallo cheese, tomato, anchovies, oregano, and onion)
- Sweet and sour zucchini, Trapanese mortar (pesto), seasoned olives, fresh ricotta
- Fruit and baked cassata
You can find me just a few minutes from the metropolitan city of Palermo in a location nestled in the green Sicilian countryside, very close to the ancient villages of Altofonte, Piana degli Albanesi, and Santa Cristina Gela. These are places dear to my heart, where the scents and traditions of the past remain intact. Through this experience, you will enjoy the authentic flavors of Sicilian culture. We will cook together in our historic wood-fired oven the typical "muffolette," prepared with locally-sourced ingredients, and season them while still piping hot. Lunch will take place outdoors, under a pergola covered with white grapevines and surrounded by the beautiful Sicilian countryside.
