Arancini are easily found around the streets of the city, but there is only one place that still makes them using the age-old recipe-you'll find out on this tour. We will select for you various samples of traditional street food: you will try bread with panelle and crocchè,ravazzata, fried calzone, and a challenging sandwich with offal and cheese. All tours end with a seasonal dessert (cannolo/sicilian granita/ice cream).

- We had a fun tour, not with Salvatore but with his sister and her translator. We enjoyed the markets and food they recommended and we tried many things we couldn’t have found without them. The walking route can be optimized, avoiding to walk back and forward over the same route multiple times.
