In one hour, we will prepare Sarde a Beccafico together, delicious sardine rolls filled with dried fruit, breadcrumbs, and all the flavors of Sicilian tradition.
This is a specialty deeply connected to the island’s cuisine, and, as often happens in Sicily, each province has its own version: there are variations from Catania, Messina, and Trapani: all different, all delicious. Sarde a Beccafico combine sweet and savory flavors, creating an unforgettable dish. In this course, I will guide you through the preparation of the classic version: sardines rolled with a fragrant filling, seasoned with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and orange juice, to achieve the true local taste. A simple, tasty course, perfect for bringing a touch of Sicily to your table.

I only use local products and I hope to be able to pass on to my guests all the passion and love that I put when I cook."
