Discover the perfect “land and sea” mix through traditional Sicilian dishes. We’ll start with a caponata of eggplant, an ancient sweet-and-sour preserve enriched with capers, olives, celery, and carrots, served with toasted bread croutons. As a first course, I’ll offer caserecce pasta with a sauce made of swordfish and eggplant, a dish with an authentic flavor. To conclude, if in season, a cup of gelo di mellone, a refreshing watermelon pudding topped with dark chocolate. Alternatively, a homemade Sicilian granita made with fresh lemons will refresh our palate. An experience that celebrates the flavors and freshness of Sicily.
