We will make both the traditional sweet filling for cannoli with ricotta and chocolate chips and the fragrant and aromatic dough. We will knead the fresh pasta together, completely by hand, using simple techniques handed down for centuries, and you will learn how to prepare it from scratch. In my bright kitchen, surrounded by the greenery of my garden, this experience promises to tantalize your taste buds. You will use only fresh, locally sourced ingredients, directly from the Sicilian countryside.

- We had the absolute best time ever with Francesca!! We is so easy and fun to be around and made it the best possible experiance. We are from new york visiting for our honeymoon and this is an absolute must.
- Our experience with Francesca was fabulous. She is warm, welcoming and easy to communicate with. She is an incredibly cook and everything was beyond delicious. We truly felt that we had an authentic Sicilian dinner experience. She was so sweet to pack up our leftovers and we had them for lunch the next day. The food was just as amazing! We highly recommend Francesca and will do this again when we return to Palermo.

"All this is the result of the cultures that have passed through our land. My cuisine is linked to the traditions of both my area and my family. I only use local products and I hope to be able to pass on to my guests all the passion and love that I put when I cook."
