Welcome to my home in the hills of Bologna, an oasis of tranquility ideal for discovering the culinary tradition of Bologna! During this 3-hour experience, you will have the opportunity to taste the authentic flavors of this city in an exclusive atmosphere.

The program begins with a welcome aperitif, consisting of mixed appetizers prepared with typical local ingredients. This is followed by a dinner with iconic dishes: classic tagliatelle al ragù and traditional involtino alla Bolognese, accompanied by a selection of carefully chosen local wines. Dessert is a delicious homemade fiordilatte ice cream with Fabbri black cherries, served with a good coffee.

: Roberta is truly a special Cesarina. She is a super welcoming and kind person. I prepared tagliatelle, tortelloni, and tiramisu with her, all excellent and plentiful! We chatted a lot, she answered all my questions, guided me in rolling out the pasta, and gave me valuable culinary advice. Highly recommended!
