I love shopping at local farmers’ markets, and in this vegetarian cooking class we’ll use only fresh, seasonal ingredients. We’ll start by preparing savoy cabbage rolls with pumpkin, raisins, and pine nuts, then a special blueberry risotto. I’ll also teach you how to make a healthy apple cake, free of oil and butter, served warm with custard ice cream and a hint of cinnamon.
Join me in my kitchen with a view, just steps from Fondazione Prada, Milan’s iconic contemporary exhibition and museum space, and the newly revitalized Scalo di Porta Romana area, for an authentic and unforgettable vegetarian culinary experience.

- We were gifted this voucher and decided to try Sissi’s cuisine! An excellent choice! 15 minutes from the Duomo, a wonderful person and a menu representing perfect Milanese cuisine, which included: Veal liver pâté with crostini Milanese saffron risotto Milanese meatballs with green sauce And a bottle of Prosecco. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere; we will definitely return, perhaps with friends. Thank you again.
