    La Trippa alla Fiorentina est l'un des plats les plus emblématiques de la cuisine toscane : simple à préparer, c'est une recette pauvre mais riche en goût et en caractère. Notre voyage gustatif continue avec les Gnudi, un plat rustique et réconfortant, symbole de la tradition toscane. Il s'agit d'une farce de raviolis à la ricotta et aux épinards, mais sans la pâte, servie avec du beurre fondu et de la sauge pour mettre en valeur toute sa délicatesse et son authenticité.

    Abbiamo avuto una bellissima serata con Anna e sua figlia Maria nella loro bella casa privata. Ogniuno di noi 5 ha partecipato alla preparazione della Pappa al Pomodoro, i Gnudi e una stupenda Torta della Nonna, seguita da una cena seduta con vino a godere dei deliziosi frutti di nostro lavoro, e con allegre chiacchierate. Ringraziamo Anna e Maria per la loro calorosa simpatia, e anche alle Cesarine per averci permesso di modificare la prevista menu, e-soppratutto per la gentile flessibilità quando mi sono accorta di aver fatto un errore di data nella originale prenotazione.

    We had a wonderful evening with Anna and her daughter Maria in their lovely home, learning how to make Pappa al Pomodoro, Gnudi and a beautiful Torta della Nonna. Each of the five of us participated in the cooking process which was followed by a fabulous meal, enjoying the fruits of our labor as well as the company of Anna and Maria over a glass of wine! It was a wonderful evening and we highly recommend it to all those looking for a unique Tuscan experience!

    What an amazing experience with Anna and her English translator Diba. Held in Anna's beautiful home she made us feel like family. My husband does not like liver and loved the liver on the crostini so much that he wanted the recipe. Everything was mouth-watering delicious. We would do this all over again. Thank you!

    Our time with Anna and Laura (translator) was so special. Anna was an amazing chef and a great instructor. The food was incredible, something you can’t have anywhere else. We enjoyed our experience and talked for hours. This was a once in a lifetime experience and would 100% recommend this to anyone coming to the area.
