    This was one of the most fun cooking classes I’ve ever had. The hosts were so unbelievably nice, and the food was spectacular. Also, The views…next level.

    Our cooking class with Rubina and Valeria in Positano was pure magic, truly a core memory from our trip that we will treasure forever. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed the four of us like family. It was a climb, hot and humid, but SO worth it. There was cold water and a place to just sit for a minute "no hurry, no worries" they said. The views overlooking the coastline were absolutely breathtaking, the perfect setting for this unforgettable experience. What made it so special was how Rubina and Valeria went far beyond what was promised. We didn’t just learn to cook, we were invited into their world. We made their cherished family recipes: homemade ravioli, eggplant parmigiana, and the most delicious tiramisu. Our son doesn't like ravioli so Valeria made spaghetti and meatballs (from scratch of course) for him so he could eat. They patiently guided us, shared stories, and made the whole experience so personal and meaningful. Our kids were hands on and appreciated the process. They took beautiful photos of our time together and generously shared both the pictures and the recipes so we could bring a little piece of Positano home with us. Their hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail made the day truly perfect. If you’re looking for an authentic, heartfelt Italian experience, look no further, this is it! If we could give 10 stars out of 5, we would. I wanted to stay and help with the dishes because I felt like I was home but no...after an espresso and homemade limoncello, citruscello, vanilla-cello, we were sent back to our Positano adventures. Honestly, I can't wait to make the recipes we made here, but more so, I want to come back and see my friends Rubina and Valeria. Incredible experience and the food, ottimo and of course, delizioso.

Ci concentriamo su antipasti e primi piatti tipici, che portano con sé i sapori autentici della nostra terra, e li accompagniamo con dolci locali e liquori fatti in casa, per un’esperienza gastronomica che racconta la storia e la cultura della costiera.
