Incontrerò i miei ospiti nel centro della città. Insieme visiteremo i due più importanti mercati delle erbe e le salumerie tipiche, dove acquisteremo salumi e formaggi. Terminato il tour, cammineremo fino a casa, dove cucineremo ricette tipiche regionali.

In particolar modo, insegnerò ai miei ospiti ad impastare ed a stendere la pasta, realizzando tagliatelle o tortelloni. Il pranzo o la cena termineranno con un dessert, sempre realizzato dagli ospiti

: We had the most wonderful time with Paola. She welcomed us into her lovely home and helped create a delicious meal. Highly recommended.

At the end, Paola presented a beautiful complete meal that left us full for the rest of the day. Her home and kitchen are immaculate and well sized. We also did the market tour which was informative in showing us the local markets that she shops from. Would highly recommend this experience with Paola!

In questa splendida e tranquilla location, impreziosita anche da un magnifico giardino con dehor che la nostra Cesarina apparecchia per i mesi più caldi, Paola ci guida alla scoperta dei sapori della tradizione locale, dalla mortadella al ragù alla bolognese. «Adoro cucinare, anche perché è una tradizione di famiglia, e amo condividere il cibo con altre persone»
