Benvenuti nella mia accogliente casa napoletana, dove vi invito a un viaggio culinario attraverso la splendida regione della Campania. Nel corso dell'esperienza, scoprirete tre piatti che vi porteranno in un tour gastronomico indimenticabile.

Cominceremo con la mozzarella delle bufale casertane, un prodotto rinomato della zona, noto per la sua freschezza e bontà. Successivamente, potrete gustare i ravioli, una specialità dell'incantevole isola di Capri. Infine, concluderemo il nostro viaggio culinario a Napoli con la torta Migliaccio, un dolce tradizionale che cattura il cuore e il palato di chiunque lo assapori.

After finding the right location (building where the mechanics shop is) I met Elisa and she welcomed me into her home. So too did her little dog Pedro! 😊 We made fried cauliflower with a Gorgonzola cheese sauce ( so delicious) and a ricotta cake with citrus zest (also delicious) then moved onto the flour and water Gnocchi (way better than potato gnocchi) with a very simple tomatoe sauce with basil and Parmesan cheese. She explained things really well and even gave me recommendations for where she likes to eat! I would love to cook with her again! She even took pics and sent them to me for a keepsake. The table was set beautifully and she even made sure I had a coffe before I left As I was unable to eat everything while there, she packed my food to go and sent me home with 2 slices of the cake! Highly recommend this experience

Ich hatte einen tollen Abend bei Elisa! Zusammen mit ihrer Mama hat sie mir gezeigt, wie eine neapolitanische Parmigiana geht. Es war eine sehr besondere Erfahrung, keine klassische Kochschule, sondern ein Abend bei Locals zuhause. Neben Wein und Limoncello hab ich sogar noch eine Portion zusätzlich mitnehmen dürfen und hatte so auch am nächsten Tag noch etwas vom Kochkurs. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I had a phenomenal experience with Elisa. Her food was incredible, and it was so fun to talk about how it was made. Elisa has a beautiful home, and I had such a lovely time experiencing an Italian meal in such a welcoming space.

I booked an experience with Elisa for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday and we had a very special and memorable evening. The setting was very unique with a great backdrop of Vesuvius and Elisa was very attentive and kind. She chatted to us and we met some of her family, but she also allowed us to have a romantic evening too. We played music and she let us help prepare the gnochi that she served with a selection of meats and ragu. Elisa also made a birthday tiramisu that could feed a family, which was very tasty. She was very generous with the food and drinks, and let us try her brother’s local wine and mother’s homemade limoncello too. Elisa also helped us get back into town at the end of the evening. I would highly recommend this evening l. It was very authentic and something a bit different. Thanks Elisa, from Joe and Luke
