"Sono cuoca e storica della cucina, conosco le realtà di produzione artigianale di Como e delle sue montagne. Ricerco piatti storici del nord Italia e li eseguo , spesso adattandoli all'oggi. Soprattutto piatti di campagna, dove si mischiano materie prime portate dalla città, nelle ville di villeggiatura dei mobili cittadini, quali spezie pregiate che arrivavano solo in città, con carni , verdure e formaggi prodotti sulle colline.  Specializzata anche in cucina francese di campagna".

This was SUCH a delightful way to spend a day in Como!! Anna was so, so, so lovely and I enjoyed my time with her immensely. The market tour/experience was truly one-of-a-kind, and the class was so enjoyable. The class was also held in the most beautiful building (in the process of being renovated) for an added benefit of the adventure. Anna was a fantastic host and I learned so much! Extra appreciation bc I was a solo booker/attendee - and she still held the class for me. Thank you so much, Anna!

This experience was fabulous. Our chef/hostess Anna was so welcoming and had prepared a delicious breakfast of fresh local treats for us to enjoy when we arrived. The setting - a palace courtyard - is just beautiful, such a lovely place to sit and enjoy delicious food. Then she took us into the kitchen for our lesson and we all learned great tips and tricks for making bruschetta, tagliatelle, ravioli, and tiramisu. Anna was so knowledgeable and a fabulous teacher, and the food was delicious! It was a highlight of our trip, for both the parents and teens!
