La mia passione per la cucina si manifesta in ogni piatto che preparo. Dalla pasta fresca, lavorata con cura per ottenere la consistenza perfetta, ai risotti che riflettono sapori ricchi e avvolgenti. La mia pasta al forno è un inno di comfort food, con strati di sapore che si fondono armoniosamente. E quando arriva il momento dei dolci, mi dedico alla creazione di prelibatezze che indulgono il palato e soddisfano la dolcezza del momento. Ogni piatto è un'opera d'arte culinaria, frutto della mia passione per creare esperienze gastronomiche memorabili.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The experience of learning to make iconic Italian dishes was fun and enjoyable, the dishes themselves tasted absolutely incredible, and Lidia's home is beautiful. What really sets this apart and will leave the most enduring impression on me was the conversations, interactions, learning, and sharing with Lidia and her kids, Ricardo and Valeria. What a special thing to share someone's culture with them, and share yours in return. The cooking is amazing, but even so it is second to the immersive and delightful experience of simply spending time with this wonderful family.

Lidia and Tomaso were the most amazing hosts. My husband and I had a wonderful time in their beautiful home making tiramisu, spinach and ricotta ravioli and tagliatelle ragu. They were kind and thoughtful in their approach and helped us every step of the way. The table was set beautifully and our meal started with some meats, cheese and crackers followed by our prepared menu. The meal ended with some home made limoncello. I would recommend anyone wanting to do a cooking class to book with Lidia. It was an amazing experience.

Lidia was the perfect hostess and we enjoyed our entire experience and lesson so much. Ricardo helped translate the entire experience and even taught us some useful phrases. Making Tagliatelle and Ravioli with Tiramisu for desert. I can’t wait to make it at home when we get back.

Lidia was an amazing host and cooking instructor! She welcome my friend and I into her home and kitchen, and taught us how to make tiramisu, tagliatelle and ravioli. Her son, Ricardo helped to translate and joined us for the entire cooking class. The ingredients and food were so fresh! We had a lovely time cooking, learning, eating and connecting with our hosts! I would highly recommend!

Lidia and her family were very kind & welcoming. We had lots of fun learning how to make traditional Italian food & enjoyed sharing it over some wine and limoncello! Lidia and her sons went above and beyond and we would highly recommend booking this class!!! Thanks guys 💛💚
