Ciao da Margherita!

Fin da piccola, ho sempre adorato cucinare, trascorrendo ore nelle cucine delle mie nonne e imparando i loro segreti. Questa passione è diventata più di un hobby: è il mio modo di condividere amore e creare momenti speciali. Anche durante l'università, invitavo amici per cene abbondanti e serate indimenticabili. Il mio stile di cucina è un mix delle influenze delle mie due nonne: sapori del Sud Italia e tradizioni milanesi, combinati con gusti scoperti viaggiando e vivendo all'estero. Il risultato è uno stile "alla Nonna" – porzioni generose e confortanti, con un tocco moderno e salutare. Metto amore in ogni piatto, unendo tradizione e innovazione per creare pasti che fanno sentire a casa e offrono qualcosa di nuovo. Cucinare per me è unire le persone, creare ricordi preziosi e celebrare la bellezza dei sapori incontrati lungo il mio viaggio.

: We had a truly wonderful evening with Margherita and her boyfriend Matteo, learning how to make both original Italian Tiramisu as well as two different sorts of pasta from scratch. We started with an authentic Apperitivo, and after that got to work on the food. Under the kind instructions of Margherita, we learned a great lot about the Dos and Don'ts of Italian cuisine and finished the evening with the fruits of our work, wine and good talks. The most lovely part was the immediate feeling of being at home from the very first second that we entered the apartment as if we've known both for a long time already.
: Margherita and her boyfriend Matteo were wonderful hosts. We learned a lot and enjoyed every bit of the experience. It almost felt like we were cooking with friends we'd known for a long time. 10/10 would recommend.

: While visiting Lake Como from the USA, I took at pasta and gnocchi class with Margherita in her lovely home. It was one of the highlights of my trip! I learned how to make two fantastic dishes that I will definitely make once home along. The food was only a small part of the experience. Margherita was warm and kind and wanted to truly share what is amazing about Italy. I mostly enjoyed our conversation about life, food, travel, and different cultures. : I recently took Margherita’s Italian cuisine cooking class, and it was a great experience! Margherita was knowledgeable and made everything easy to follow, even for beginners. We learned how to make a some classic Italian dishes using fresh, quality ingredients. The whole practice was really fun, and I left feeling confident in my ability to recreate the recipes at home. I highly recommend this class to anyone!
