Abbiamo avuto una bellissima serata con Anna e sua figlia Maria nella loro bella casa privata. Ogniuno di noi 5 ha partecipato alla preparazione della Pappa al Pomodoro, i Gnudi e una stupenda Torta della Nonna, seguita da una cena seduta con vino a godere dei deliziosi frutti di nostro lavoro, e con allegre chiacchierate. Ringraziamo Anna e Maria per la loro calorosa simpatia, e anche alle Cesarine per averci permesso di modificare la prevista menu, e-soppratutto per la gentile flessibilità quando mi sono accorta di aver fatto un errore di data nella originale prenotazione.

We had a wonderful evening with Anna and her daughter Maria in their lovely home, learning how to make Pappa al Pomodoro, Gnudi and a beautiful Torta della Nonna. Each of the five of us participated in the cooking process which was followed by a fabulous meal, enjoying the fruits of our labor as well as the company of Anna and Maria over a glass of wine! It was a wonderful evening and we highly recommend it to all those looking for a unique Tuscan experience!

What an amazing experience with Anna and her English translator Diba. Held in Anna's beautiful home she made us feel like family. My husband does not like liver and loved the liver on the crostini so much that he wanted the recipe. Everything was mouth-watering delicious. We would do this all over again. Thank you!

Anna and her interpreter, Diba, were prepared for our group of 4. We were involved in every step of the process. She had everything prepped so we were able to get the fun started right away. We prepared appetizers, sauce, homemade pasta and dessert. She explained the importance of quality, locally sourced ingredients. Everything was hands on and we had so much fun doing and learning. Kneading and rolling the pasta, sautéing chicken livers and sautéing the meat for the sauce. Dessert was a twist of Tiramisu. Everything came together perfectly and our meal was fantastic. I can't wait to try it at home. Thank you Anna and Diba for making it a wonderful experience.
