    Lass uns zusammen die Kunst der Zubereitung der traditionellen apulischen Orecchiette entdecken, einem Gericht, das für die Küche Süditaliens steht und das wir je nach Saison mit leckerem Rübengrün oder Brokkoli servieren werden. Während unsere Orecchiette trocknen, widmen wir uns der Zubereitung köstlicher weicher Zitronenkekse mit einem frischen und einladenden Duft, um unserem kulinarischen Erlebnis eine süße Note zu verleihen. Am Ende dieser Reise durch die authentischen Aromen Apuliens beenden wir das Erlebnis mit einer Verkostung der zubereiteten Gerichte, bei der jeder Bissen die Geschichte der Tradition erzählt. Es wird auch eine Vorspeise aus Friselle mit frischen Tomaten geben, ein einfaches, aber geschmacksintensives Gericht, das von einem Glas Primitivo di Manduria begleitet wird.

    Absolutely brilliant. Deborah and her friend hosted us in her friends beautiful home. We made tiramisu, gnocchi and a sweet little ear shaped pasta. It was much harder than it looked! The ladies were so friendly and interesting and we then ate our meal together. They gave us great recommendations for the rest of our stay too.

    Debby was a fantastic teacher, hostess and ambassador for Bologna! Really enjoyed learning to make two different types of fresh pasta and tiramisu. It was such a cool experience to be invited into Debby's home to learn more about everyday life in Bologna and Debby openly shared stories about her family, work, studies and hobbies. Wonderful experience and a fantastic teacher, so glad I did this. Would highly recommend!!!

    My husband and I had a wonderful afternoon in Bologna with Debby and Rosa. They were warm, kind, and incredibly hospitable. We felt right at home as we learned to make fresh pasta from scratch. The workshop was hands-on and informative. We learned traditional techniques. It was fun, delicious, and filled with love. The kitchen was filled with warmth, both from the food and from Debby and Rosa’s beautiful energy. A truly special experience we’ll always cherish!

    Deborah and Janette were wonderful hosts, the class felt less like a class and more like cooking a meal with long time friends. My wife and I took the class on our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, acclimated my wife's lactose intolerance, and even had glasses with hearts in them. We cooked Gnocchi with Deborah's guidance and chatted and cut up for the better part of 4 hours. We talked about life, the world, work, travel and all sorts. The food and wine were phenomenal but the hospitality made our night. Thank you very much for a wonderful night, we hope to visit again sometime.
