Seit Jahren widme ich mich der Küche meiner Region, und durch meinen sardischen Partner habe ich meinen Horizont erweitert. Salvo ist ein Meister der sardischen Küche, kann aber auf Bestellung auch andere typische Gerichte aus allen Regionen Italiens zubereiten.

- We had an amazing immersive experience, visiting a locals home in Milan to learn how to make pasta and Tiramasu. If you are looking for an industrial kitchen and classically trained chef, this might not be for you, but if you are interested in being immersed into a local family’s home and learning recipes passed down from generations etc then this is perfect. Thank you to our host Paola and her beautiful family, we truly had an incredible experience and loved your family and hospitality.
- Paola and her entire family created a wonderful experience for us from the begging till the end. We were greeted with Italian hospitality and warmth, was welcomed into their home as we were a part of their family, learned to cook authentic Italian food, and enjoyed it all together with well selected drinks. They also shared with us their stories, and we got to know them not only as our cooking instructors, but as fellow humans with a passion for Italian cuisine. We can wholeheartedly recommend Paola for anyone else who wishes to experience an authentic Italian cooking class with a personal touch.
