Venice is also very famous for its cicchetti and spritz, there is no Venetian who at least once a day does not stop with friends at an osteria for a spritz and cicchetto. In this course I will teach you how to make them and I will also teach you how to execute a spritz to perfection, which is unfailing as an accompaniment. So that at home you can impress your guests with a super Venetian aperitif.

Venice enjoys a simple culinary tradition but one that is steeped in history.  It’s here that we meet Cesarina Anna, who feels very lucky to live in such a unique city like Venice and to have come from a family where cooking has always been a passion. She likes to cook for herself, but above all for others. Her cooking very much reflects the local territory, and her home has a magnificent terrace where she welcomes her guests.
