“I love to write, and to read, in fact, books fill my house. I am mindful of the quality of food; I like to cook what I eat; and share the pleasure of the table with other people, friends, and guests. I am involved in the recovery of food surpluses for social solidarity purposes with the Food Bank of Lombardy Onlus in Como, where I live. I try to hand down recipes that are simple, and easy to learn by everyone, and that are connected as much as possible to the tradition of the Larian territory.”

: This was a fun afternoon event, hosted by Monica in her stylish apartment. She was super friendly and taught us how to make the best pasta of our lives. Never again will supermarket pasta be enough for us! Thank you Monica. It was a treat getting to know you this afternoon.

: This was the highlight of our trip so far. Monica was such a gracious host. Welcomed us into her beautiful home like we were family. My husband and I loved making this memory together. Monica taught us how to make ravioli, fettuccine and Tiramisu. All three were so delicious. If you visit Como then visiting Monica is a must!!!
