    My name is Annalisa, I'm a teacher and I live in a small hamlet of the municipality of Reggello, Florence, nestled among olive groves and vineyards just a few kilometers from the biogenetic forest of Vallombrosa. My passion for cooking began at a young age, stimulated by the care breathed into the family home, particularly by my father, in his search for genuine and local ingredients to prepare traditional Florentine dishes. Many of these ingredients have always been produced on our family-owned land, with particular attention to respecting the environment. My house is warm and welcoming, with a large tavern where I receive my guests. I love setting the table, taking care of the details according to the proposed dishes: the kitchen is the place where all my energy and creativity turn into unique, tasty, and healthy dishes
