We look forward to welcoming you to our home, when you arrive you will be greeted with an aperitif and breadsticks with Tuscan dop ham. At the end of the course, we will taste the preparations made together with a good Tuscan wine, water and coffee. Under our guidance you will learn how to make pici and tortelli by hand. Our goal is to give you all the tools to be able to handle the recipes on your own and make them at home because the satisfaction of eating a dish of pasta made with your own hands, is priceless. We will reveal the family secrets for making pici and tortelli to perfection.
