Florence is a dream for lovers of good food: few cities in the world offer such a variety of history, culture, wines, and gastronomy. We look forward to welcoming you to our home with an aperitif and breadsticks with Tuscan DOP ham. With our guide, you will learn how to knead tortelli by hand (filled with fresh sheep's milk ricotta, spinach, Parmigiano Reggiano, and nutmeg, served with a choice of butter and marjoram or tomato sauce) and pici (with Cinta Senese pork or tomato sauce). At the end of the course, we will taste your creations together with Tuscan wine, water, and coffee. We will give you all the tools you need to recreate these recipes at home: the satisfaction of eating pasta made with your own hands is priceless!

Tamara and Alfredo make a great team toghether and they do it easy for as to learn how to make pasta. Alfredo is a master chef and we loved seeing his passion in his cooking.
