Welcome to my kitchen in Castiglione Torinese, a charming village nestled in the green hills just a few kilometers from Turin.

I am a certified Aici cooking instructor and I collaborate with Eataly Lingotto, where I lead amateur cooking classes. Because of this, my lessons are not only hands-on experiences but also well-rounded, structured learning opportunities.

In this experience, I’ll guide you through the preparation of two beloved specialties: homemade pan pizza and fried pizza. I’ll share all the secrets to achieving a soft, well-risen dough and teach you how to roll it out, top it, and bake it to perfection.

And of course, at the end of the lesson, we’ll taste both versions together: fried pizza and pan pizza!
