I love to cook. I am strongly passionate about cooking and I cook for everyone. One of my weaknesses are definitely the desserts that I prepare every day for friends and relatives. My dishes are inspired by my land, so handmade orecchiette are undoubtedly one of my main dishes.I have direct experience having worked for several years in the restaurant industry and I am constantly updated. I also find the seasonality of the products in the kitchen very important.
