We were incredibly pleased with this culinary experience at Valeria and Valentina’s home. My mother was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the two ladies. If you go to Rome, definitely book with them!

We had an amazing experience with Vale and Vale . We're vegetarian, and we cooked the whole menu tailored to our tastes. The girls were fantastic. Highly recommended!

Our evening with Valentina & Valeria was the perfect beginning to our time in Rome! Communication before the dinner was helpful & made finding the location easy. The food was wonderful & helping to make dessert created a fun memory! We enjoyed learning about & trying the regional foods, but the conversation was the best part of the experience. Valentina & Valeria also had wonderful recommendations to complement our plans for our time in Rome. They made our first evening fabulous, but also improved our trip overall! We would highly recommend this experience to other visitors & wish we could visit again soon!

We signed up for this cooking class as part of our holiday vacation and it was so much fun and delicious. The selection of dishes made it interesting, we learned excellent cooking tips, and everything was healthy and local. We can't wait to do this again when we're back in Rome. Thank you so much Valentina and Valeria!🙏🏼

Parioli is a Roman neighborhood that holds a unique charm. It distinguishes itself by its marvelous buildings and large green areas. This neighborhood offers up so many different facets and after the Second World War it began to get noticed, becoming the hang out place of famous movie stars, important theater actors and diplomats from all over the world. The history of Parioli, however, dates back to the Roman period. Later, during the Middle Ages, the neighborhood was known as "Pelaiolo", a peasant term referring to the fruit of the pear tree. We greet you here in Parioli in our period home. Both lovers of the culinary arts, we have always enjoyed spending lots of time cooking and trying out new recipes, from the past and present. Our dishes are full of the memories and flavors of childhood, and our table setting is elegant and full of colors that vary according to the seasons. Our preparations tend to revolve around baked goods (bread, breadsticks, taralli), all strictly homemade using our own sourdough starter and extra virgin olive oil which we also produce ourselves.
