: We had a wonderful experience with Silvia! We weren’t sure how it would work with our 3 children, but Silvia was amazing and got them all involved, and she was so patient! The food was absolutely delicious. We all learned a few things, made friends, and had a really unique experience. I highly recommend Silvia and her cooking class!

: Cooking with Silvia was wonderful! Her apartment was so great and she knew just how to finesse my teenagers and husband, none of whom are really cooks (and this wasn't their idea) And while the food and the cooking were excellent- for me the best part was talking to Silvia at her table after the meal. I felt that after that my children really understood the 'philosophy' of Italian cooking, as well as how to make tiramisu to impress their friends! Bravo. Grazie Mille!
