    In the heart of the Lanzo Valleys, at my place you can enjoy a special menu dedicated to delicious mountain meats, sourced directly from my trusted butcher. The meat, obtained through traditional transhumance practices, is renowned for its incredible goodness and naturalness.

    As Antipasto we can find, veal albese seasoned with salt oil and lemon and flanked by valerian leaves or beef tartare with salt, oil, lemon and pear and ginger compote. Instead the first course we can opt for tagliatelle with meat sauce or orecchiette pasta with turnip tops, as a second course, veal stew with potatoes or roast veal with le month Lastly, a carrot cake, vegan.

    "I grew up in Acqui Terme, in the countryside, with my father and family who were farmers and producers of wine (for family consumption). I have always enjoyed cooking delicious and tasty things. Recently I'm specializing in the production of fresh pasta and pizza. Main courses of meat, including horse (Salento influences, especially pieces of horse). I could easily offer both a Piedmontese and a Salento menu with homemade orecchiette and pieces of horse, accompanied by an excellent Salento primitivo. I like strong flavors and savory dishes and I always try to give the dishes character. I like to use flavors and spices."
