I am from Bergamo and, while I love meat, I prefer a predominantly vegetarian lifestyle. Experimenting with what nature has to offer stimulates and intrigues me, always inviting me to create new dishes. This menu aims to show that in Bergamo we do not only eat meat, but also many other delicacies appreciated since our grandparents' time: hummus with seasonal vegetables, pasta with lentil ragout and my grandmother's pudding, revisited in a vegetarian version. I look forward to a dinner with you, full of laughter and merriment!

My greatest passion is pastry, and I adore experimenting with new desserts, even though crostata remains my favorite dessert.
