There is nothing more gratifying than the pampering they can receive from a lunch or dinner filled with the flavors and aromas of Italian cuisine.

Appetizer with stuffed, gratinated or stewed seasonal vegetables. As a first course, a dish of casarecce, cream of potato and broccoli soup with sausage or a tasty pasta and peas my way constitute a first course, and as a second course, chicken cutlets with olives, tender and tasty accompanied by potatoes scented with oil, salt and parsley. And it could not miss dessert: my apple pie is unmatched, try it to believe.

I really enjoy working in the kitchen and love learning to prepare new dishes, which, along with traditional recipes, are always well-received at my table. I have Neapolitan origins, so those who come to eat at my place usually prefer that cuisine. However, I take pleasure in cooking any kind of recipe: from appetizers, soups, first and second courses of meat and fish, to desserts. All of this is tied to a light and flavorful cuisine, limiting the use of fats and fried foods.
