In this hands-on course, I'll guide you through creating delicious pasta and preparing tiramisu step by step. You'll master kneading, rolling out, and shaping two traditional types of pasta (filled and shaped) and assemble a homemade tiramisu. Conclude with a family-style meal, savoring the dishes you've crafted, accompanied by wine and coffee.
