Have you ever dined in a 1300s farmhouse surrounded by woods, overlooking the hills around Florence? With me you can have this wonderful experience!
With a 5-course menu, ranging from entrée to dessert, I will serve you a 100% plant-based and, upon request, gluten-free dinner. You will enjoy creams made with seasonal produce, cashew cheeses, pasta that is always fresh, gourmet main courses with produce from our garden, and delicious desserts. I am "Cesarina" Danilo, a chef with more than 20 years of experience, who wants to get involved in a much smaller and attentive to his guests. If you pass through Florence, you cannot miss this experience!
