"I am a cook and a kitchen historian, I know the artisanal production realities of Como and its mountains. I search for historical dishes from northern Italy and I make them, often adapting them to today. Above all country dishes, where raw materials brought from the city are mixed , in the holiday villas of the city furniture, such as precious spices that only arrived in the city, with meats, vegetables and cheeses produced on the hills. Specialized also in French country cuisine ".

: Anna was great, we loved the cooking class and just talking to Anna about the history in the area and her extensive knowledge of Italian food! Highly recommend.
: And it was so gracious and treated us with a such respect and add duration. She was everything set up perfectly and we had a wonderful dinner together and she told us to make different pastas and a delirious Tiramisu. We highly recommend her and she is very sweet. And what a great cook!!! Brava, Anna!!!! We miss you! We are going to make our own Tiramisu this week!! Thank you again!

: This was SUCH a delightful way to spend a day in Como!! Anna was so, so, so lovely and I enjoyed my time with her immensely. The market tour/experience was truly one-of-a-kind, and the class was so enjoyable. The class was also held in the most beautiful building (in the process of being renovated) for an added benefit of the adventure. Anna was a fantastic host and I learned so much! Extra appreciation bc I was a solo booker/attendee - and she still held the class for me. Thank you so much, Anna!
