Nicolò is our Cesarino from Venice who welcomes his guests in the apartment in a historic building of the '500, which overlooks a Venetian square, flanked by the Rio Novo canal. "I became a chef initially out of passion, then because I opened an Italian restaurant in the Philippines and, finally, because I decided it was time to make my mother and her beautiful Venetian house relive the joy of being together at the table and talking about each other. Ever since I was a child, my mother has transmitted respect to me for good food and care in preparing it, but also for the ethics of sacred hospitality, which distinguishes the Venetian people when they open the doors of their homes."
