    Fais une pause dans l'agitation de la ville et plonge-toi dans l'art intemporel des pâtes fraîches. Viens avec nous pour apprendre à faire des raviolis parfaits selon la tradition sicilienne. Le cours se déroulera dans ma maison chaleureuse, où tu pourras respirer l'atmosphère authentique de l'île et ses traditions anciennes. Au menu : caponata, ricotta, fromage, tomates et, bien sûr, raviolis faits maison, accompagnés d'une délicieuse sauce tomate. Pour finir en douceur, tu dégusteras des cannoli à la ricotta fourrés à la minute. Enfin, je t'emmènerai découvrir le village de Parrini, un hameau de Partinico célèbre pour ses bâtiments colorés inspirés du style de Gaudí. Une expérience unique alliant saveurs, tradition et beauté !

    We enjoyed our time with Maria. We both enjoyed making ravioli, exploring Borgo Parrini and a delicious lunch. Maria kindly spoke clearly and not too fast so we were able to enjoy conversations with her in Italian.

    Maria Rita delivered the best cooking class I have ever gone too. She hosts in her lovely home and is so patient. We went with an 8 year and 10 year old and she was wonderful with them and us. The food was amazing. I would definitely go back and highly recommend her.

    Che dire di Rita, semplicemente una perfetta padrona di casa, accolti con il suo sorriso in una location curata in tutti i particolari. Le sue pietanze cucinate con amore e in particolare un cous cous di carne, mai mangiato cosi, dal gusto straordinario. Sicuramente esperienza da ripetere.

    My experience today was just incredible. Traveling from South Louisiana, I wanted to learn how to make pasta from scratch in a comfortable and friendly environment. I am a novice cook. Somewhat experienced. Anyway, the highlights for me were: Maria Rita was an excellent hands on teacher. She paid close attention to my comfort level. If o wanted to work, she let me work, if I was tired, she finished for me. Maria Rita’s daughter Francescana was there to translate for us. Maria Rita knows English however Francesca is fluent in English. They welcomed my wife into their home at no extra charge. The conversation was just natural and warm. Maria Rita and her daughter are simply good people. We laughed a lot. The food was so fresh and so good. All of the vegetables we prepared and ate were home grown by Maria Rita. The food highlights for me were: homemade sun dried tomatoes in her homemade olive oil, with homegrown basil and garlic. The bruschetta, wow! Maria Rita’s tomatoes are grown hydroponically. She has her own chickens because her daughter loves fresh eggs of course :) The fresh made pasta was Delizioso and I was proud to make it with semolina flour and a pinch of semolina. I could go on and on, but instead I will tell you that my wife and I will be back at the home of Maria Rita. We felt so very comfortable. Top experience in Sicily so far!

    Ma passion pour la cuisine est née par hasard. Lors d'une journée particulièrement orageuse, je me suis mise aux fourneaux et j'ai découvert que cela me procurait un état de détente. Depuis ce jour, ce fut le coup de foudre. L'essence que dégage chaque aliment, les arômes des épices et des herbes aromatiques que j'utilise dans chaque recette, ou simplement les parfums qui se développent pendant la cuisson, m'apportent bonne humeur et bien-être, et c'est ce que j'offre à mes hôtes, en plus bien sûr de ravir leur palais.
