    Je t'accueillerai dans ma cuisine pour une expérience culinaire dédiée aux pâtes fraîches bolognaises en version végétarienne. Tu pourras déguster des tagliatelles aux herbes de saison et des tortelloni farcis à la ricotta et aux légumes frais. Les entrées seront de saison, tout comme le tiramisù préparé avec des fruits de saison.     This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Bologna! The class took place in our chef’s beautiful home, which instantly made the experience feel warm and authentic. We started with a glass of crisp prosecco and learned to make three different kinds of pasta completely from scratch — each one more delicious than the last. The ingredients were unbelievably fresh, with herbs like sage picked straight from her garden. After cooking, we sat outside in her gorgeous garden and enjoyed our meal together — a perfect mix of laughter, great food, and wonderful company. If you’re looking for a genuine Italian cooking experience that feels both intimate and inspiring, this class is a must-do. I left full, happy, and ready to recreate these recipes at home!

    We had a wonderful and fun experience cooking with Adriana in the company of a lovely couple who also attended the cooking course. Adriana is very welcoming, charismatic and fun. Les pâtes faites maison, la boulangerie et la pâtisserie en général sont au cœur de ma passion pour la cuisine, un amour que j'aime partager à travers chaque plat que je prépare.
